A typical planned gift is bequest language designating a gift to Communities In Schools of NOVA within a will or trust. Please reference the below sample bequest language that uses our legal name Communities In Schools of NOVA, Inc. and federal tax identification number 46-3063331:
I bequeath [the sum of $ ____ ] [an amount equal to ____% of the net value of my estate] [a specific asset or collection of assets such as securities, real estate, or tangible personal property] [all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate] to Communities In Schools of NOVA, Inc. (Tax Identification # 46-3063331), a non-profit organization.
