CIS NOVA’s Virtual Event with special guest Dr. James Lane, Virginia’s Superintendent of Public Instruction

Moments change, but missions don’t. CIS NOVA hosted a virtual event, “What Lies Ahead for NOVA Schools?” on Thursday, June 11, 2020. Together, we:

• Saw how CIS NOVA is giving students the support they need to weather this crisis.

• Held a Q&A session with special guest Dr. James Lane, Virginia’s Superintendent of Public Instruction. Many of us have questions about how Virginia’s schools will move forward and we are grateful to Dr. Lane for giving us his time and sharing his insights.

• Heard from our Site Coordinators at the forefront of our community efforts.
